Shift is your hour to body tend through music to release, shift and play. You could describe it as movement research to connect to your body and its potential- to breakup old movement patterns and hopefully arrive at new ones. Class is set to a thoughtfully curated playlist to drop you into a therapeutic flow state and then nudge you to a playful movement cleanse. The class, guided by master teacher, Annie Parr has a deep roots in performance, dance improvisation and somatic methods. Come as you are and wear what you are comfortable in. There is no experience required.
